Welcome and OverviewWELCOME!! Welcome to Week Seven's discussion and knowledge building re: Teachers and telecommunication. This week's Moderation Group is comprised of Jo-Ann, Kelly, Gary and Paul. We have each specialized in an area (teacher and student projects, collegial exchange, professional development, and collaborative teaching) and encourage you to participate in all. Please make every effort to complete the readings/activities that are listed, share comments, opinions and ask questions. We hope you will enjoy our presentations. Overview Educational CMC can be used by the teachers for their own development, and this session explores some of those uses. The TERC paper describes and gives examples of many of these, including teacher and student projects, collegial exchange, professional development, and collaborative teaching. References Buchanan, P.
