Snoop Dogg is preparing for a release by the next act on his Dogghouse Records. Doggy's Angels is a group made up of female rappers Coniyac, Kola, and Big Chan. The Los Angeles-based group's first single will be & "Baby If You Ready." It is produced by legendary Los Angeles beatsmith Battlecat, It will be available August 29. Howard King, Dr. Dre's attorney, said on Monday (7/10) the rapper plans to sue the city of Detroit for civil rights violations after officials pressured promoters into dropping sexually explicit videos from a concert last week. "Dr. Dre is completely offended by what they did,'' said King. "The city, through its police force, stormed in there. He's not going to take it lying down.''
