Just to show I'm not completly biased against cereal cartoons, one of the few positive companies in the whole debacle.

Capt. Crunch.

One of the few positive role models. He taught kids to respect thier elders and that if people worked together they could do great things and overcome evil (see the Soggys Saga). He protected the environment (crunch berries) and his contests made you think....a little....sometimes....

It has been brought to my attention that the good captain may not be all that good.

Cap'n Crunch, while a positive role model, has his flaws. don't you find an elderly seaman who hangs around children only a little weird? And why is he always there at breakfast time? I know the only reason I would have someone over for breakfast is if they're family, close friend, or someone of the opposite sex who "stayed the night".

It does raise interesting questions...but I still thinks the Captains O'tay.
