EAGLE I was formed in 1996 with 12 teams. Most of the owners are members of the FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES, AERIE # 4014, located in Springboro, Ohio. My name is Pat Quillen and I am the Commissioner. This league is made up of the remnants of an earlier league which folded because of questionable practices by the commissioner. I was approached by some of the owners about starting a new league with a non-participating commissioner. I agreed and thus EAGLE I was formed.
