For regular readers of this column, it will come as a shock to discover that our David, Posh Spouse, Becksy, That git from Manchester.. what ever you like to call him, he has never won a reek of the week. Unbelievable. Well his spitting performance in the Champions league group match between PSV and Manure was definitley reek of the week material, and we could never, ever miss a chance to put Davo on the stand as a reek of the week winner. After being booked in the game he turned around and spat towards, maybe not at, referee Markus Merk. But, as football365 put it: "He certainly aimed a string of spittle in the general direction of the whistle-blower."
