Other absentees include goalkeeper Ko Lok Ling, playmaker Roland Wong and defender Freddie Li. ¡@¡@¡@¡@Freddie Li's case was particularly baffling, as he initiated the training sessions and he was also in charge of making sure that the players would come. He gave no hint beforehand that he himself would not be participating. ¡@¡@¡@¡@Teammates who did arrive were nevertheless not too concerned over the problem. "What can I say?" said Luke Pang.
