Oakland Strokes took first in eleven of the sixteen events they entered at the annual
Capital Crew Regatta held at Lake Natoma on April 21, 1998. The
teams particpating included Capital Crew, River City Rowing Club, the Strokes and
Serra/Notre Dame. Here is a
