This is conducted by the Marshals to ensure the following:

COSTUMES: All costumes are checked for appropriate appearance & compliance with class restrictions. If your costume does not meet the requirements, the Costume Marshal has the authority to deny anyone participation in the event. During an event you must be in costume at all times, even after removing your armor.

WEAPONS: Weapons, shields, & armor are mainly checked for safety; however, realistic appearances are encouraged. Unsafe weapons will not be allowed on the field, & may be confiscated & returned after the event.

CHECK IN: Between 12:00 noon & 1:00 pm will be check-in. During campouts it will vary. At check-in you give your real name & pay your dues to ensure battle credit. Dues pay for the cost of such things as campsites, marking tape, Hotline, etc.. Anyone arriving after the close of check-in will be fined double dues. Double dues do not apply to campouts.

REGISTRATION, DUES, & FEES: New members must be at least 15 to participate in events. Exception to this age must be sanctioned by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. A Waiver Form, signed by a parent/guardian is mandatory if under 18 years old. Initial registration for under 18 years old is a $10.00 donation, for 18 years old & older is a $15.00 donation & new members will be referred to orientation. Annual registration for existing members is $5.00 membership fee. One day events is a $2.00 dues & a Campout is $10.00 dues paid at the site or $5.00 for prepaid pre-registration for the Campout. V.I.P. passes for a year are $35.00 prepaid, not including Campouts.

ORIENTATION: New members must attend orientation before they will be allowed to participate in any battles or events. During orientation rulebooks will be given for new members to learn the rules from.
