MMP Television Championship
Lumberjack Match
"STUNNING" STEVE SIMON (C) vs. THE JOKER'S CHILD

Special Guest Referee
VIRUS RICHARDS

Coming to the ring first was Virus Richards, co-holder of the MMP tag team titles and the special referee for the match between his tag team partner and his stablemate. The lumberjacks then made their way out. Psychotic Sam and the CWO comprised the Family contingent, and they were followed by Regulator, George, and Korso for The Syndicate. Korso, however Korso left the side of his two allies and joined Wood and Brewer for commentary. The challenger was the first participant to be introduced, coming to the ring with Ponch and wearing his hat that had strands of hair from Simon, Kristin, and now The Regulator hanging from it. Simon and Kristin then came down, but before the two combatants could lock up, Virus stepped between them and gave out strict instructions before going and taking a seat on the top turnbuckle. Simon opened the match by challenging Joker to a test of strength, but as soon as the two men locked hands, Simon met him with a knee to the midsection. He then went for a clothesline, but the challenger ducked out of the way and Joker caught him with a clothesline on the rebound that put the champion down. After dropping a series of knees across Simon's throat, Joker pulled SSS up and kicked him in the midsection before tossing him to the outside near The Family's side of the ring. The CWO members started kicking at the TV champ, but Simon fought them all of with ease and quickly slid back into the ring. Virus, who had been conversing with Joker from his seat on the buckle, told his tag team partner to turn around when Simon got back in, but when he did he was met with a vicious tackle that rocked Simon's shoulder against Joker's ribcage. SSS mounted Joker and laid into him with a series of punches to the head before applying a sleeperhold on the canvas. Holding true to his word that he would not call any submissions, Virus simply looked on from his perch as Joker started to fade. Heading back towards the dressing room, Virus told SSS and Joker to keep the match going, he'd be back in a minute. With Joker more or less out of it, SSS tossed him off the ropes and nailed a spinebuster before applying another sleeperhold. Reaching up with his last ounce of strength, Joker reached into his tights and grabbed a foreign object and, just before going out, reached up and nailed Simon in the temple to break the hold. Simon's head was busted open and Joker was using the ropes just to regain his footing, but there was no referee in sight. Looking for a move that would let him catch his breath, Joker grabbed Simon's legs and applied a figure four leglock, grabbing the ropes for additional pressure. Seeing what was going on, Korso jumped up from the announce position and nailed Psychotic Sam from behind with a clothesline, causing the lumberjacks to errupt into a giant brawl on the arena floor. Virus soon re-emerged, getting back to the ring just as Simon reversed the figure four on Joker, who lunged to the ropes to force the break. Virus shouted at both men to get up, but Joker was the first one to his feet. He charged at Simon with a clothesline, but SSS ducked and quickly caught Joker in the Hollywood Stretch! Simon started to pull Joker to the canvas, but just before he went down Joker caught Simon with a solid mule kick right to the groin area. The champion was doubled over in pain with blood still running down his face, and Joker quickly rolled him up into a small package for the three count to capture the TV title. Joker grabbed the belt and ran to the dressing room as fast as he could, leaving the lumberjacks brawling around the ring.

Wood: Not one, but TWO championships have escaped The Syndicate here tonight on Saturday Night Slams, as The Joker's Child has ended Steve Simon's run as TV champion and is, once again, a dual champion here in the MMP. Things are certainly heating up between The Syndicate and The Family tonight. Those two stables are rumored to be a part of a possible genocidal warfare match at our next PPV in September, and the other two groups said to be involved will do battle in our main event. The leader of The Untouchables puts the world title on the line against the "Master" of The Cult. As the cell lowers, let's go to the ring.

MMP World Championship
Hell in a Cell
CAPTAIN PATRICK O'CONNER (C) vs. THE CULT MASTER

O'Conner came to the ring first with Scott Worth at his side. He was wearing a Blackwatch kilt along with his MMP world title belt, and was wearing a Celtic mask to cover up the broken nose that he had suffered at the dangerous game match at the PPV. The champ stepped into the cell and into the ring as the sounds of "Scotland the Brave" filled the arena, but before long the lights in the arena went out and a bright spotlight came down on the entrance way. Daark, the new MMP universal champion, accompanied a man in a hooded cloak to the ring as The Cult Master's usual long entrance procession took place. The hooded man stepped up to the cell and cast his disguise back to reveal, as expected...Harbinger?! The rabid man simply glared at O'Conner for a few moments until the lights came up, revealing The Cult Master already in the ring behind the champion. When O'Conner turned around, Cult Master met him with a vicious spear and peppered him with a series of punches aimed at the broken nose while Scott Worth, on the outside, added a second chain and padlock to the cell door for additional security. Looking to avenge the defeats of his followers, Cult Master whipped O'Conner into the buckle where he delivered a series of kneelifts to the midsection before stomping O'Conner in the chest once the Captain was down. O'Conner looked overwhelmed in the early going, and Cult Master took full advantage. Looking for a quick finish, Cult Master pulled O'Conner up and went for a heart punch, but the resilient champion blocked it and took his opponent down for the first time with a hiptoss and again with a judo throw. Cult Master didn't stay down long and went right back after O'Conner, but he was met with a flurry of rapid jabs to the chops before taking him over with a snap suplex. After a swinging neckbreaker and a kneedrop to the temple, O'Conner went up to the top rope where he nailed a diving headbutt. The impact of the mask against Cult Master's skull busted him open. At the sight of crimson, O'Conner looked out to Harbinger and Daark on the floor, asking them if a real God would bleed. The Captain then whipped Cult Master across the ring into the corner and went for an avalanche, but Cult Master moved out of the way and O'Conner hit hard sternum first against the cornerpad. Getting his second wind, Cult Master grabbed O'Conner and nailed him with the Captain's patented three-suplex combination move before finishing off the sequence with a DDT. With the Captain ready to be finished, Cult Master reached around O'Conner's belt and grabbed his shileleagh club from it's latch. Standing over O'Conner, Cult Master challenged him to get up and take his final blow before falling in defeat. As O'Conner got back to his feet, Cult Master swung for the fences, but the champion ducked away from the club and, pressing his right foot on the back of the off-balance Cult Master's knee, wrestled the challenger to the canvas. He then grabbed the club from Cult Master's hand and pulled it up under the challenger's chin in the Captain's Bridge! The referee asked Cult Master if he wanted to give it up, but he vehemently refused. Finally, on the third time, Cult Master waved his hand yes and surrendered the match. O'Conner let Cult Master collapse in a heap at his feet as the referee raised his and in victory and presented him with the world title belt. The screen fades to black.
