MMP March Mayhem is on the air!! Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, NC is packed to the rafters for tonight's event! Commentators Jerry Wood and Ray Brewer are at ringside!

Wood: Welcome, everyone, to Durham, North Carolina! Welcome to MMP March Mayhem! I'm Jerry Wood alongside Ray Brewer where tonight we will see five Championships decided! We have already seen the first two matches in the tournament to crown the new Television Champion, and the semi-final matches are set. In one semi-final, Clay Moore will battle it out with "The Conman" Wang Chen. In the other, John Korso takes on his former tag team partner, Virus Richards. This means that we will see these two men do battle not once, but twice here tonight in Durham.

Brewer: But the big story here has to be the main event for the MMP World Championship. Tonight we will finally find out just who is the "Son of Slam" as he will be out later on to challenge the Champion, The Ryno, for the biggest prize in this industry. Rumors have really been flying about just who this man is, but as of yet we have no idea who to expect out here tonight.

Wood: On top of that we will see the Extreme Championship defended for the first time ever in a Car Impound Lot Match when the Champion, The Destroyer, puts his title on the line against Gemini Killer. The new Midwestern Champion, Wolverine, makes his first defense, taking on the controversial Joker's Child. A newcomers battle royal is also on the schedule for later on in the evening, but let's kick things off with the final round of the tournament to crown new Tag Team Champions. This tournament kicked off on January 9. Many teams have taken their shot, but only two remain. Let's go to ringside for our opening bout on the PPV broadcast of MMP March Mayhem!!

MMP Tag Team Championship
Tournament Finals
THE RYNO & CAPTAIN PATRICK O'CONNER vs. HARBINGER & THE DESTROYER

The Cult Master led his two followers down for the big match, hoping to inspire them on to Tag Team Championship gold. George Achica and Mack accompanied Ryno and O'Conner out to a rousing ovation from the sold out crowd. O'Conner opened against the massive Destroyer. O'Conner opened with some quick roundhouse kicks, but the Extreme Champion caught the leg and whipped the much smaller man hard into the turnbuckle, following him in with an avalanche that nearly crushed O'Conner's ribs. Destroyer tagged in Harbinger for a change of pace. As Cult Master looked on, Harbinger picked up the pace, nailing O'Conner with a big clothesline followed by a short bodyslam in the middle of the ring. Looking to finish the man off quickly, Harbinger pulled O'Conner up and set him for a powerbomb, but the Captain managed to counter the move into a headscissor takeover. Rolling to the corner, O'Conner tagged in the World Champ.

Going right after his opponent, Ryno peppered Harbinger with a flurry of punches before quickly tagging O'Conner back in. The momentary break in the action gave Harbinger an opening, allowing him to roll to his corner and tag in his partner. The match was back where it started. This time, O'Conner's offense was working. He nailed a couple of solid kicks to the big man's legs followed by a leg sweep takedown that got the giant off his feet. With Destroyer down, O'Conner stepped quickly to his opponents' corner, drawing Harbinger into the ring. While the referee was occupied with Harbinger, Ryno came quickly in and he and O'Conner teamed up to deliver a spike powerbomb on The Destroyer!!

With the referee still distracted, Ryno and O'Conner used their joint strength to put Destroyer over the top rope through the Spanish announce table!! The crowd jumped to their feet at the sight of the carnage before their eyes. Before long, Harbinger pushed past the referee and attacked O'Conner. In the meantime, Ryno went to the top rope and nailed a big flying elbowdrop on Destroyer on the floor!! O'Conner was holding his own against Harbinger and nailed his patented triple suplex combo before applying the Celtic Cross! Suddenly, Aries, Odin, and Khorne came running out from the dressing room. Khorne got up on the apron, right in the referee's face, while Aries nailed Ryno accross the back with a steel chair!! He and Odin then rolled Destroyer back in the ring, all the while behind the official's back. Destroyer grabbed O'Conner by the hair, pulled him off Harbinger and nailed a massive chokeslam right in the middle of the ring! Rolling Harbinger on top, Destroyer grabbed the referee and tossed him back towards the action in time to count the 1...2...3!! Harbinger & The Destroyer are new Tag Team Champions!! Just as the referee presented them with the belts, Harbinger and Destroyer presented them to The Cult Master, who was beaming with pride at ringside with this two followers.

Wood: For the first time since late 1998, we have MMP Tag Team Champions! Harbinger & The Destroyer have survived nearly three months of competition to come away with the gold!

Brewer: The celebration could be short lived, Wood. Let's not forget that Destroyer still has the big Extreme title defense against Gemini Killer later on. Things are certainly looking good for The Cult so far here tonight. Cult Master defeated Antamarius in the TV title tournament, and now his followers have captured Championship gold.

Wood: Could this be a sign of things to come? Main Event Madness saw numerous title changes. Will the same hold true here at March Mayhem? Only time will tell. It's now time for the first of two semi-final matches in the tournament to crown a new MMP Television Champion. Clay Moore got to this point by defeating Freak and Cherokee in the first two rounds, while Wang Chen was victorious over Hassan Figueroa, and then The Cult Master in the second round. The winner here will go to the finals. Let's go to the ring!

MMP Television Championship Tournament
Semi- Finals
"THE CONMAN" WANG CHEN vs. CLAY MOORE

Clay was joined at ringside by "Violent" Bob Flanagan. Moore opened up quickly on "The Conman", kicking him repeatedly in the legs before nailing a snap suplex to put the man down. With Chen down, Clay wasted little time, nailing a series of elbow and knee drops on Chen's knee joint. As the Hong Kong native squirmed on the mat, Moore slapped on a hyper-extension hold that isolated the joint. Moore wrapped Chen in a leg scissor to stretch the knee, but "The Conman" countered with a headbutt to the back of Moore's skull. A second headbutt forced the break. After pulling Moore to his feet, Chen put him back down with a short clothesline.

Chen pulled Moore up, but Clay brushed him away and sinched in for a vertical suplex. Chen countered with a low blow, and then nailed a big backbreaker that sent shivers up Moore's spine. Chen then limped to the corner, grabbing the video camera away from the cameraman on the apron, and brought it into the ring. He then used the camera cable to choke Moore down, breaking only a fraction of a second before the referee could complete the five count for a disqualification. The referee ordered him to get rid of the camera, so Chen tossed it under the bottom rope to the floor, but immediately pulled Moore back to the middle of the ring and slapped on a Boston crab. Moore could be heard screaming in pain, but the fans cheered him on. Chen demanded that the referee ask Moore if he wanted to quit, but Clay wouldn't give. Out of frustration, Chen relinquished the hold and nailed a big legdrop accross the back. Chen made the cover, but Clay kicked out at three.

Going for the win, Chen picked Moore up and went for a powerbomb. As he turned the man in mid air, Chen was startled to see Moore spin out of the move and land on his feet in front of him. Moore quickly grabbed Chen and nailed an inverted atomic drop followed by a quick DDT! Both men were down! The referee started his count. At seven, both men started to get up. Chen rushed Moore with a big clothesline, but Clay ducked and countered with a powerkick to the chest! Seemingly getting his second wind, Moore went to the top rope and delivered a big flying elbow! He then pulled Chen up and hooked him in a reverse headlock and, using the ropes as a springboard, nailed the Face Off!! Clay Moore hooked the leg and got the three count to advance to the finals!

Wood: One half of the bracket is now complete! Clay Moore has advanced to the finals, and will now face the winner of our next match, John Korso against Virus Richards. This will be the first of two meetings between the two men here tonight, with the winner getting a shot at the Television Championship. Let's go back to ringside!

MMP Television Championship Tournament
Semi- Finals
JOHN KORSO vs. VIRUS RICHARDS

Virus Richards had his usual entourage with him, consisting of his "front man" Michael and his two large black bodyguards in Armani suits. Before the match, Richards explained that he was sorry to hear about Korso's recent string of bad luck and offered him a job selling to the kids that Korso was now working with. Korso laughed it off, but did not see Michael coming up on him from behind and nail him over the head with a briefcase! The referee chased Michael away, but Virus had the upper hand, nailing a big DDT before throwing Korso to the outside. Richards shouted instructions at Michael, ordering him to hold Korso's head up, allowing Virus to nail a running baseball slide that caught Korso square in the face! Michael then tossed Korso back in the ring, pushing him into position for a springboard moonsault from Richards followed by The Plague! Caught in the middle of the ring, Korso had no choice but to tap out, sending Richards to the final against Clay Moore.

Wood: There you have it, folks! It will be Clay Moore against Virus Richards for the Television Championship later on tonight! Longtime fans of the MMP will recall that Richards was the first-ever TV Champion here and held the belt for nearly five months, longer than any other wrestler has held any singles title here. Could he recapture the belt tonight? That remains to be seen.

Brewer: I would have to think so. Virus has been around for a long time and is one of the most respected competitors in the MMP today. Clay Moore has done a lot since arriving, but I don't know if he has the experience in big game matches to pull it off tonight.

Wood: I'm going to have to disagree. Richards still has one match coming up tonight against John Korso that was scheduled going into this event. I think he could be overlooking Clay Moore to the rematch with his former partner. Either way, it should be a hard fought battle to decide the TV belt. Our next bout is not about titles. It's about pride and proving who the better man is. Aries, a former two time World Champion, goes into battle against Death, a relative newcomer who put Captain O'Conner to the test last week on Saturday Night Slams. It should be a hard fought battle. Let's get to the action!

ARIES vs. DEATH

The camera picked up Death and Q backstage as they were exiting their dressing room to make their way down to the ring when suddenly Aries and Khorne attacked with steel chairs! Khorne took Q out with a vicious chair shot while Aries slammed Death head first into the concrete arena wall and delivered a Godly Drop on the floor!! The officials finally intervened and convinced Aries to take it to the ring. After throwing Death under the bottom rope, Aries stood his opponent in the corner and choked him with a big boot accross the throat. The referee tried desperately to pull Aries off, but it was to no avail. Aries backed off for a moment and delivered a big clothesline against the buckle before standing Death in the corner and choking him with his boot again. This time the referee had to try and physically tear Aries off of his opponent who was nearly unconscious even before he got to the ring. Aries broke the hold, but responded with a big chokeslam for the official. Waving his arms frantically on the way down, the ref called for the bell and awarded the match to Death by disqualification. Aries went back to chokind Death with his foot. Death was now slumped down in the corner struggling to breath. Khorne led out a group of officials who tried to pull Aries off, but the "Beast from Greece" was totally out of control. He chokeslammed two more referees, even chokeslamming Khorne over the top rope to the floor!! Aries eventually left on his own, but not before leaving a trail of broken bodies in his wake.

Wood: What carnage! Aries just destroyed everything in sight! This match never really even got underway!

Brewer: Ya know, if Death is the winner, I think I'd rather be the loser. That rookie's gonna be in bad shape for a few days. Let's hope someone can get some control over Aries. We saw what he thought of Khorne's attempt to get him back in line.

Wood: No doubt Death will be in rough shape for a while, but I'm sure when he realizes that he holds a victory over a two time World Champion, it might help ease his pain just a little. It's time for the big newcomers battle royal. Some of the top new talent in the MMP will battle it out for bragging rights in this next match. Cherokee won the first battle royal, and is now one of the fastest rising stars in the MMP. Last month's winner, Clay Moore, is only one win away from capturing the Television Championship. Who will take it this time around? Let's go to the ring to find out!

NEWCOMERS BATTLE ROYAL

The division in talent was apparent right from the start with a few wrestlers standing out from the others. With only eight men in the match, the chances were good for all involved right from the start. Brad Lee fought with Mack on one side of the ring while Wang Chen used his quickness to subdue "Big Bad" Steven Bradley. Hassan Figueroa was having his difficulties with John Grey Wolf while PenDragon peppered Hammer with a series of rapid fire kicks. The wrestlers shifted around frequently, taking some of what everyone else had to offer. Steven Bradley and Hassan Figueroa were battling on the ropes, each man trying to eliminate the other when PenDragon and Wang Chen saw their opportunity, nailing the two big men with a double dropkick that put them both over the top to the floor. As the two giants hit the concrete below, Brad Lee was sent over the top rope by Mack. As he was celebrating the elimination, Mack was caught from behind with a big forearm shot by John Grey Wolf and the two men battled into the corner. PenDragon and Wang Chen, realizing that it was every man for himself, soon started trading blows back and forth, showing how badly that each man wanted to win. Mack battled back against Wolf, hitting him with two right hands and sending him back in the corner. With Mack's back turned, Hammer charged in, but Mack saw him coming and ducked out of the way. Hammer regrouped and nailed Wolf with a big clothesline that sent him over the top rope. Before he could gather himself, Hammer was thrown over the top by Mack. It was now down to three: PenDragon, Wang Chen, and Mack. Realizing that the odds were against him, Mack decided he had to take some risks. He came off the ropes and ducked a double clothesline attempt from his two opponents and caught the duo with a big double lariat. Unfortunately for Mack, Chen and PenDragon caught him in mid air and unceremoniously dropped him over the top. Mack wasn't beaten yet. He grabbed the top rope and held on for dear life, and then reached into the ring, grabbed onto Wang Chen, and tried to pull the man over. PenDragon, seeing his opportunity, grabbed Chen's leg and dumped both him and Mack out to win the match.

Wood: PenDragon wins! For the first time ever, a non-American has won the newcomers battle royal. What particularly stands out is the fact that neither of the final two men, PenDragon and Wang Chen, hail from this country. Could this be an indication of the future of the wrestling business if the top newcomers in the MMP are of Oriental descent?

Brewer: I don't think so, Wood. I seriously doubt race has anything to do with it. I'm sure neither man would want their ethnic backgrounds to influence their careers. I think they would rather simply be acknowledged as top wrestlers. They both proved their skills here tonight. If that rumored tag team between the two ever comes to pass, they could pose a serious threat to the Championship held by Harbinger and The Destroyer.

Wood: There's no doubt about that. Since arriving in the MMP, both PenDragon and Wang Chen have been quite succesful, and things should only get better as the two men gain more experience. Next up is the match I know you've been waiting for...

Brewer: I can not believe that this is happening. I was in the Commissioner's office first thing on Monday morning to discuss this very subject. As Director of Financial Operations for the MMP, I can not believe he would disregard my recommendations and allow this match to take place tonight. The King of Clubs and Mr. Beumont are about to disgrace this show with a "match" here tonight. No offense to King of Clubs, but son, you need to use better judgment. All you're doing is encouraging this wino to keep his career going. I hope both of you crash and burn. As for Beumont's challenge last week, I've said all I have to say. Beat some wrestlers before I soil my hands with the likes of you and your drinking buddy Ouija Lullabye Take it away.

THE KING OF CLUBS vs. MR. BEUMONT

Banjo Buzz led the way as the sound of a man yelling "What Does Everybody Want?" came over the loudspeaker. William and Richard yelled "JACK" at the top of their lungs as Beumont came out wearing a "Need a Job Squad" t-shirt and waving around a bottle of Jack Daniels. Banjo Buzz tried playing some music on his one string banjo as Beumont got in the ring and started spinning around with his bottle. Before long, Beumont was dizzy and had passed out in the middle of the ring. William and Richard looked at each other not knowing what to do as King of Clubs' music started to play. King of Clubs was nowhere to be found. Again he was called out, but nobody appeared. The referee started counting, and after finishing the ten count, called for the bell. Mr. Beumont had won by countout!!! The hobos were celebrating like they had just won the lottery!! William and Richard tried to help Beumont up, but suddenly The King of Clubs came running down to ringside from the stands. He nailed the hobos over the head with his club and tossed them to the outside. He started making a motion to the fans that he would be taking off his mask. After circling the ring, he stomped Beumont a couple of times before pulling off the mask to reveal Ace Manley!!!! The crowd errupted in cheers as Ace grabbed a mic.

Ace: How'd you like that shot, Beumont? I'm sure you've had some hangovers in your time, but I doubt you've ever felt a headache like this. So why did I forfiet a match to this loser? Well if you know Ace Manley you know that there's one thing I hold above everything else - Pride. And I wasn't about to swallow my pride and grapple with this scumbag. Damn, its good to be back here in the MMP. We have the best fans, eh? Well I'd love to stay and chat a little longer, but I've got a lot of planning to do.

Ace drops the mic and leaves the ring to his old theme song, ‘Rhythmeen' by ZZ Top while a montage of clips from his past career in the MMP plays over the large screen - Ace as Ironman, Ace in his wheelchair, victories and losses, etc. Wood: I...can't...

Brewer: Shut up, Wood, I have something to say! Ace Manley, when I said I hoped you would crash and burn, I never realized how sincere I was! I hope you realize what you've done! We're going to have to listen to these transients brag about this match for months! If I was still an active competitor, I would personally hand you your ass for what you just did! I hope you're proud of yourself!! Beumont, you'll be out of here yet!

Wood: I guess now we know that absolutely anything can happen here in the MMP. If Beumont can win a match, who knows? It's now time for the return match between John Korso and Virus Richards. Richards won the first match about an hour ago to advance to the finals of the TV title tournament. Now Korso will be out to redeem himself in this second match. Let's go to the ring!

JOHN KORSO vs. VIRUS RICHARDS

Virus was accompanied by his usual staff at ringside for this match, and seemed extremely confident after his win over Korso earlier in the show. Michael tried another sneak attack, but this time Korso was ready for him, chopping him hard in the chest and putting him down. Korso turned around to see Richards coming in, but he caught Virus with a hard chop as well. Korso went for an Irish whip into the corner, but Virus countered it, sending Korso hard into the buckle and following up with some solid kicks to the side of the head. Virus sent Korso out with a hip toss and then nailed him with a big running lariat that put Korso to the floor.

As Korso was getting to his feet, Michael moved in. But again Korso saw what was happening and this time grabbed Michael and threw him head first into the post. Richards was occupied by the official, who was telling him to keep the match in the ring, and never saw Korso get back in. Korso took Virus down with a leg sweep and mounted his opponent, pounding him with punches to the face and temple. He then pulled Virus up and nailed a big vertical suplex followed by a powerslam off the ropes. The crowd was getting behind Korso as he pulled Virus up and delivered a big DDT. Korso went for the cover, but only got a two count before Virus kicked out.

Virus was reeling, and Korso stayed on him. Giving the signal out to the crowd, Korso went for the Hollow Point, but Richards countered it into a suplex with a bridge for the 1...2...Korso kicks out just before 3! The two men jumped to their feet. Korso ran in with a clothesline, but Virus ducked and connected with a standing dropkick. Michael was back to his feet and cheering on his boss as he ran the ropes and connected with a springboard moonsault. The crowd was booing loudly as Virus hooked Korso's legs and went for the Plague! Just as Richards stepped over, Korso hooked Richards' legs and rolled him into a small package for the 1...2...3!!! Virus was stunned! The fans errupted as the ref raised Korso's hand in victory. Richards gave the signal to his boys on the outside, and all three jumped in and started attacking their former associate. Backstage officials came out quickly to break it up. Korso was victorious, but was left beaten down and in need of assistance just to get back to the locker room.

Wood: It looks like Korso has gained a measure of revenge for that loss earlier in the evening! John Korso pins Virus Richards with a roll-up, but Richards retains his spot in the finals of the TV Championship tournament.

Brewer: Well, I'm sure Korso will be proud of himself and I know that all the kiddies will be real impressed, but the fact is Virus pulled it out when it really mattered. Both men won a match tonight, but Virus got his hand raised to earn a title shot. Korso's win is ultimately meaningless.

Wood: The match between Virus Richards and Clay Moore for the TV belt is still to come, but first we will see the Midwestern Championship on the line as newly-crowned Champion Wolverine makes his first title defense against The Joker's Child. Quite a war of words has been going on over the past few days between these two men. It's time for the talking to end and time to find out who can really back up their words. Let's go to the ring.

MMP Midwestern Championship Match
WOLVERINE (C) vs. THE JOKER'S CHILD

The challenger was introduced first, accompanied by Ponch as well as Mr. Beumont, Hobo Richard, and Welfare William. Beumont was wearing a portable sign over his torso with a picture of Sarah Michelle Gellar on it, advertising Joker's upcoming motion picture. Wolverine got a rousing ovation as he made his way out, proudly wearing the Midwestern belt over his Beat Down Alliance shirt. The Family paid no attention to the Champion early on as the hobos were more focused on passing out flyers for the movie to fans in the front row. Ponch raised the ire of the Champ by spitting right in his face before the opening bell. As Wolverine grabbed the man, Joker took his cigar and jabbed it right in Wolverine's back. Rolling Wolverine into the ring, Joker seemed overly confident as he stepped between the ropes. Wolverine was waiting for him, taking Joker down with a headlock takeover and slapping on an anklelock submission hold. Joker scrambled frantically for the ropes, grabbing at the bottom strand to force the break. Staying on the leg, Wolverine applied used a drop toehold to take Joker down before delivering a series of elbowdrops on the knee.

Wolverine ran the ropes to deliver a big elbowdrop, but Ponch reached into the ring and grabbed the Champ's leg. Wolverine turned around suddenly and reached over the top to grab Ponch, but the bodyguard got out of the way quickly. Joker then came up behind Wolverine, spun him around, and nailed a big DDT. Joker went for a cover with his feet on the ropes, but the referee saw the illegal leveredge move and refused to make the count. Angry, Joker stood Wolverine up and nailed a clothesline before slapping on an abdominal stretch. Before long, Ponch was up on the apron, reaching into the ring to give Joker an extra advantage. Again the referee caught Joker cheating and forced him to break the move. Joker got right in the ref's face, but quickly turned around and nailed a big jumpkick that sent Wolverine over the top. As Wolverine hit the floor, Joker got right in the referee's face and demanded that he stay out of his business.

With the referee's back turned, Wolverine was at Ponch's mercy. A sly grin crossed Ponch's face as Wolverine was bent over the steps trying to get up. Ponch moved in, but Wolverine turned around and caught him in a belly to belly suplex, slamming Ponch back first on the steel steps! Joker slid out, but was caught by Wolverine's kicks to the hamstring and stomach before getting caught with a swinging neckbreaker. Wolverine then raised the challenger high above his head and dropped him down on Ponch, who was still prone on the steps. Tossing Joker back in the ring, Wolverine was ready to finish him off. Joker yelled at the referee that Wolverine was cheating as the Champion went to the top rope. Behind Wolverine's back, Mr. Beumont got up on the apron with his billboard and nailed the BDA member accross the back. As Joker got back to his feet, Beumont nailed him again, sending Wolverine off the top and into a big Joker powerslam! William and Richard reached in the ring and grabbed Wolverine's legs as Joker made the cover. Wolverine tried to kick out, but the hobos were holding him down. The referee didn't see it, and he counted three, giving Joker's Child the Midwestern title!

Wood: We have a new Midwestern Champion! The Joker's Child has captured his first title here in the MMP, albeit under very controversial circumstances.

Brewer: Wood, you know I'm not a big fan of Wolverine or the BDA, but you also know exactly what I think of The Family. Guys like Beumont have no business being around the ring, let alone during a title match. At least Wolverine is a legitimate wrestler. These idiots are just that - idiots! Not a drop of ability in any of 'em. Now we've got this slackass walking around with the Midwestern belt? It's a travesty and a disgrace!

Wood: No one said there wasn't controversy surrounding this match, but I don't think it's fair to say that any man who can win a title here in the MMP doesn't have at least some talent. I personally think Wolverine should still the Champion, but that's not the case, and we have a new Champ. We know we will see a new Champion crowned in our next match. It's time for the finals of the TV title tournament. Virus Richards battles Clay Moore with The Regulator serving as guest referee. Let's go to the action!

MMP Television Championship
Tournament Finals
VIRUS RICHARDS vs. CLAY MOORE

The Regulator was introduced first, coming to the ring with The Imperial March blaring over the loudspeakers. He had Loui Slugger in hand and the old TV belt around his waist which he compared to the new belt at the timekeeper's table. Bob Flanagan accompanied Clay Moore to ringside, while the regular entourage was at the side of Virus Richards. Before the opening bell, Regulator ordered everyone at ringside to leave the area immediately. Virus was furious! He got right in Regulator's face as the bell sounded and declared that Regulator had no right to do that. Seeing the opportunity, Moore rolled him up and nearly got a three count. Wasting no time, Clay pulled Virus up and nailed a big belly to belly suplex before slapping a hyperextension hold on the knee of his opponent.

Before long, Virus realized the severity of his situation and reached over Clay's face, raking his eyes to break the hold. While Clay was down, Virus opened up with a big series of kicks with his one good leg before applying a reverse chinlock. Virus ordered Regulator to ask Clay if he wanted to submit. Onyx simply looked at the man before eventually asking Moore if he was ready to give it up. Clay was adament that he was going to continue. Out of frustration, Virus broke the hold and struck a big kick against Moore's spine. Virus pulled Moore off the ropes and gave him a short backbreaker. He then grabbed Clay around the corner and tossed him sideways into the turnbuckle. Virus then went down to the floor.

Soon it was apparent what Richards was doing. He pushed the ring announcer aside and grabbed a steel chair. He got back in the ring and took a swing at Moore, but Regulator grabbed the chair and tossed it away. Looking frustrated, Virus turned around and gave Regulator a little shove. Regulator dared Virus to take a shot, but before he could, Moore rolled him up from behind! Regulator got down and counted 1...2...Richards got a shoulder up. Clay then waited for his opponent to get back up and nailed a running bulldog headlock before going to the top rope for a flying legdrop. Sending Virus into the corner, Clay delivered a big running clothesline before nailing the Face Off! He hooked the leg and Regulator counted the 1...2...3, crowning Clay Moore the new Television Champion!!

Wood: Clay Moore has done it! For the first time in his career, Clay Moore has captured a title in the MMP, going through Freak, Cherokee, Wang Chen, and finally Virus Richards to capture the Television Championship!

Brewer: But the celebration could be short lived, Wood. Clay said over the weekend that if he came away with the title tonight, he would put it on the line in the Slaugherhouse Match on Hardcore Saturday Night against The Regulator. Moore better stay focused, or this could be one of the shorter title reigns that the MMP has seen in it's long history.

Wood: We've got two big title matches still to come, including our next contest which will take place at a Durham, NC impound lot. The Extreme Championship is on the line when one half of the new Tag Team Champions, The Destroyer, battles former Champion Gemini Killer. Nobody but the Commissioner and the camera crew knows exactly where this match is taking place. I understand our satellite feed is ready...

MMP Extreme Championship
Car Impound Lot Match
THE DESTROYER (C) vs. GEMINI KILLER

Destroyer was directed into the lot, but his opponent was nowhere to be found. As the men at the gates were waiting for Gemini, a helicopter lowered into the lot. The regular pilot was in the passenger seat and Gemini was flying the chopper! The plane made it's descent, and when it got down to ten feet from the ground, Gemini came diving out with a big flying dropkick that put his massive opponent down! Gemini started stomping away on the Champion and pulled him towards a run down automobile. The two men made their way onto the hood of the car where Gemini set his opponent up for a piledriver, but the Champion's weight was too much for Gemini in the early going and Destroyer backdropped the challenger off the car onto the cold pavement. Destroyer then pulled out a pair of brass knuckles and delivered two shots to the forehead before kicking Gemini in the gut and delivering a big powerbomb on the concrete! With the challenger down and in pain, Destroyer disappeared to the back of the lot.

Suddenly, the sound of an engine starting up could be heard. A van was speeding around the corner with Destroyer at the wheel!! As Gemini got to his feet, Destroyer zeroed in on his opponent, but Gemini dove aside at the last minute, sending the van crashing into a pile of cars! The front of the van was crushed and Destroyer was seriously hurt. He opened the driver's side door and slumped out the side. Gemini then pulled out two pairs of brass knuckles, putting one on each hand. He then climbed up on the roof of a nearby car and waited for Destroyer to get back to his feet before nailing a flying lariat. Gemini then dragged his opponent over to another car and slammed his head through the passenger side window, busting Destroyer's face open. Looking to capitalize on the damage that had been done, Gemini reached into his boot and pulled out a large packet of salt. Destroyer turned around and Gemini tossed the salt right at his open wounds, but the big man ducked, narrowly averting a potentially dangerous situation. The challenger went for a flying body attack while his opponent was off guard, but Destroyer caught him in mid air and slammed him headfirst through a nearby windshield before setting him on top of the car. Following his opponent to the roof, Destroyer picked Gemini up and delivered a big powerbomb off the car hard onto the concrete!! Unfortunately for the Champion, the big move had exhausted most of his strength and he was unable to make an immediate cover. By the time Destroyer went for the pin, Gemini was able to get a shoulder up.

Before Gemini could gather himself, Destroyer circled the area until he found a gold Corvette. He tore the bumper off the front of the car and went after Gemini, but the challenger kicked him in the groin and pulled him down head first into the car. Gemini opened the door of the Corvette and slammed Destroyer's head in it! He then stepped back and took a few steps back before delivering a big running kick to the door with Destroyer's head in it!! He then pulled the Champion out and opened the hood of the car, slamming Destroyer's head into the engine and whipping the hood down on his back. Gemini then went around and popped the trunk of the car where he pulled out a small teddy bear. He flicked a switch on it's back, sending all kinds of sparks out of the bear's head. As Destroyer pulled his head out of the engine, Gemini caught him with a hard shot with the bear. Clearly this was no ordinary teddy bear! Destroyer went down hard and Gemini covered him for the three count.

Wood: Gemini Killer has done it! Gemini Killer is a two time MMP Extreme Champion! What a vicious match at the local impound lot between Gemini and The Destroyer.

Brewer: Well, I have to think The Cult Master won't be too happy about this. Sure, Harbinger and The Destroyer captured the tag titles tonight, but I would imagine Destroyer is gonna have some explaining to do.

Wood: Let's not take anything away from Gemini's performance here tonight. This will temporarily set up a title vs. title match between Gemini and The Ryno for Hardcore Saturday Night, but Ryno must first get through the Son of Slam in our next and final match here at March Mayhem. Who is the Son of Slam? In a few moments, we'll all know the answer.

MMP World Championship Match
THE RYNO (C) vs. SON OF SLAM

Hundreds of cameras started flashing at ringside just prior to the main event. Son of Slam was called down first, but didn't appear. After a few moments, Ouija Lullabye and Pablo made their way down the aisle with a microphone. They introduced the Son of Slam, "Mr. Up All Night"...Super Cupid!! As Cupid started making his way down the aisle, Ryno and Mack came running out from the dressing room with steel chairs and started brutally assaulting the challenger. Ouija and Pablo tried to help him, but Mack fought them off and Ryno nearly beat the life out of Cupid. After subduing Ouija and Pablo with the chair, Mack set up a table at ringside and pulled a bag out from under the ring. Out of the bag he produced a noose made from barbed wire. The referee tried to make Ryno get the match in the ring, but the Champion refused and stayed on Cupid. The official soon declared the match a no contest since the two combatants wouldn't come to the ring, although Cupid was powerless to make it there. Ryno finally brought Cupid to ringside and set the barbed wire noose around his neck, choking the man out before tossing him over the top rope through the table!! Ouija took off for the dressing room area and soon came back out with what looked like Ryno's old girlfriend, Kellye! The woman was in tears, begging Ryno to stop. He ignored the request and started outside to get Cupid, but someone was quickly lowering from the ceiling. The man landed in the ring behind Ryno and immediately nailed him with a huge chokeslam!! Pulling the mask off, the man revealed himself to be Masochrist!!!! Pablo took Mack down with a chair shot and then joined Maso and Ouija in a brutal attack on Ryno as the screen fades to black.
