Name changes before season:
 
Lelle SK moved to Viljandi and are now Tulevik Viljandi.
Vall Tallinn had financial problems, sold its Master League place to
FC Lelle (2nd level), who were then renamed Lelle SK.
Marlekor Tallinn changed sponsor and now are TVMK Tallinn.

First six qualify for championship playoff in Spring, final two
play off against relegation.
