Drafting and Starting Lineups

There will be 28 rounds in the draft.

Teams may draft from all NFL teams and all Division I-A college football teams.  Each team is drafting for two different rosters: one college (13 players) and one NFL (15 players).

Any number of a position may be drafted, as long as the team has enough players to fill out the rest of both teams.  Again, 13 college and 15 NFL players must be drafted.
