Dear Sir,

Your conduct as a Board of Director’s member of FBSFC has been singled out after failing to make an appearance at a recent fixture. The result was a 10-1 loss at the hands of SubUrban Chaos. We feel (and know) that the result would not have been any better (and may have been worse) with your participation – but the fact remains that you let down the club and this is not acceptable.

As Directors of this football club we feel that we must be held to a higher standard than the rest of the players. Although you have done some good work with the club it has all been wiped away with this one cruel act that left your fellow teammates with one less body on the bench thus leaving them to more misery on the pitch. This will not be forgotten.

A copy of this letter will be placed in your personnel file at FBSFC Human Resources headquarters in Dresden, Germany. If this act is repeated your status as a Director at FBSFC Inc. will be reviewed.
