Justin is one of the most versatile players in the league, especially for his size. Used by the Bullets as a swingman, he is currently being played at small and power forward while last season he was often put at center. He led the league in shooting percentage last year (64%) after joining the Bullets at a critical point of the season. They were desperate for a big man with Neville Austin, Mark Considine and Chris Webber all failing to live up to expectations and veteran Clive Allen needed help in the post. He quietly put up solid numbers of 11.14ppg and 5.57rpg and helped the Bullets reach the playoffs. A popular guy, he starts at Forward for the greatest Bullets team ever.
