Camelia Voinea's Biography

Camelia "Cami" Voinea was born in Constanta on March 1, 1970. Her
home club is Farul Constanta. Cami was a member of 2 Worlds teams,
in 1985 & 1987. She was also a member of the 1988 Olympic team where
she took the silver medal with her team. Not long after these Olympics,
she retired. She was 18. She's one of only few former Romanian gymnasts
to remain in the country. It was reported in early 1999 that she's living
in Constanta & coaching at her home club of Farul Constanta.
