LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO . . . The expansion Missouri River Otters continue to etch their name in the United Hockey League record book. This time it’s All-Star goaltender Brian Regan who set a new UHL record with his fifth shutout of the season on Wednesday against the Knoxville Speed.
