LAKE ST. LOUIS, MO . . . The expansion Missouri River Otters continue to etch
their name in the United Hockey League record book. This time it’s All-Star
goaltender Brian Regan who set a new UHL record with his fifth shutout of the
season on Wednesday against the Knoxville Speed.

Regan’s shutout moves him past former Madison Monster Darryl Gilmour (1997-98),

season. The 1998-99 Muskegon Fury and Quad City Mallards along with the 1997-98
Mallards and Flint Generals, have all posted five shutouts in a season. The Port
Huron Border Cats hold the League record with six shutouts during the 1998-99
                   season.
