Great prevent defense. Will give up the short stuff underneath to the running backs and outside runs. Good if you want to keep the clock moving and prevent the long gainer (you will give up the short stuff).

Dime DB's Deep

Again, this is my "old" RACK play from Madden '99, revamped for the 2000 version of Madden. This was designed for 3rd & Very! long! Not bad against 5WR sets.

This D works best in 2nd,3rd & long.
Works good against screens.

first make sure the team playbook you pick, is the same as the team you are going to use to create the play. i use the steeler playbook and i created my plays with the steelers but in our league franchise i play the raiders.when i tried the steeler p/book with the raiders as my team i got all kind's of strange mis assignments e.g. a d/t in for a l/b or a l/b in at saftey..etc... ok on to the play i call this play "venom" dime defence rolb zone hook curl ss man inside front rcb man lock inside fs zone deep 1/4 r ss zone deep 1/4 l lcb man lock inside front re rush stunt l dt rush slant r dt rush slant l le rush stunt r rcb man inside front now when running this play become either D/T.if you are the right d/t ,as soon as the ball is snapped hold the joystick down left and hit R1 to swim by the o/l this will draw a double team from the other linemen allowing the right end to walk in straight on the Q/B. reverse this play if you want the left D/T swim diagnally down/right keep controll of your dt and often times you can hook back in to make sure the q/b gets hit so far in our 3 man franchise league i have 16 sacks with my r/e and 11 with my d/t and we're only in week 5. this line stunt works in several different ways allowing you to create more zones or whatever your need.this play was designed to use against my human opp's but i found it works quite nicely against the cpu hope you like it. if i get the chance i'll post some of my offence play's jokismurff

Greyhound CB blitz of mine. This play is a little more tricky than most. Drop the ROLB about three to four yards. Take RCB2 and line him up between the two DT’s. Take the FS and cover any slot that comes into your zone. You could also shift the line and have the ROLB to the right of the DT’s and then move RCB2 between the DT’s.

FS: deep 1/3 right

SS2: deep 1/3 middle
