Note! Evgeni Pliushenko is the youngest of a whole bunch of world-class skaters to come out of Russia. Despite only having been on the scene for about 2 years, many people say that this young guy has the potential to become the next World- and Olympic Champion. Despite his young age, he is a nearly complete skater, his jumps are some of the best in the World(can do the quad-tripple combo), his footwork is good and his spins are probably among the best in the world as well. Artisticly he still has a little way to go which is quit normal for a skater of his age, but he has been improving rapidly on his presentation.
Strong Points: Technically, one of the best the World has ever seen
Weaknesses: Tries to go for too much
Trademark: The only skater in the men´s event to do the "Biellman" spin
