Note! Alexander Abt probably is one of the most overlooked skaters in the World of Figure skating today. As a late replacement for the injured Kulik he went to Europeans and captured the bronze medal. He might not have won the gold, but he surely won the hearts of the crowd with his brilliant interpretation of his routines. Alexander Abt has had his fair share of problems first of all with injuries,but many observants also believe that the Russian Figure Skating Federation has got something against him, or at least russian judges. He has been ropped of a place at Worlds and Europeans more than once at Russian Nationals. Despite of all that he seems to take it all rather cool. His main goal as he says, is one day to become World Champion.
