Although Peggy and Mirko only have been skating together for 2 years they are already an established couple in the pairs event, last year they won the bronze at the Worlds and with Woetzl&Steuer turning Pro they are the pair that is going to defend the german colours against the strong opposition from particulary the russians and the french.
With Peggy being a rather tall girl this pair looks much more evenly matched than some of the other pairs which means that they look always seem to be in harmony with each other. They have had problems with consistancy in their jumps but perhaps they will ride on the success they got at the end of last season.
