Note! Vanessa Gusmeroli is one of the young promising skaters, she got her breakthrough in the seasom 1996/97 with a bronze medal at Worlds, last season she wasn´t that successfull, but that isn´t strange for a young skater who is unfamiliar with the preasure of forfilling the promise, she has shown. The french skater shall try to follow in the footsteps of Surya Bonaly, the 6 times European Champion. On the ice Vanessa is very different from her successfull french compatriot, her presentation is strong, while consistancy is her weakness, just the opposite of Bonaly.
