Mission Statement: To be the best eWrestling federation in the entire NeWA and to accurately simulate the feeling of being a professional wrestler in all aspects of the job.
Front Office Positions:
Owner:WCCW is owned by C. Joseph Hoffman who has the final say in all matters concerning the company.
President:Shall be responsible for WCCW's day-to-day operations. This includes, but is not limited to, admitting new wrestlers, disciplinary actions, and promoting the general welfare of WCCW.Vice President:Shall be responsible for operating WCCW during an absence of one of the presidents. This includes, but is not limited to, advising the president of pertinent issues and discharging the duties assigned to him by the president.Commissioner/Promoter:Shall be responsible for insuring that all wrestlers follow the rules stated herein. Also Shall be responsible for promoting the web site through out the internet. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting the site to various search engines and making the site as popular as possible.Advisor:Shall be appointed by the President to aid him in decision making about the good of the company.Head of Press Relations:Shall be responsible for posting all information from board meetings to all effected role play boards that is required for the swift operation of the company. All information posted by the Head of Press Relations shall be clearly marked with the information provided in the message as well as the person posting the information. The President will decide where the information needs to be placed for maximum effectiveness.Head of Personnel:Shall be responsible for the signing of member contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, sending all talent an e-mail contract explaining the contract's that are described in the official NeWA rules and asking the member to choose which one he/she would like to have and sign.Talent Scout/coordinator:Shall be responsible for compiling a list of wrestlers and their vital information gathered from the applications that are competing in the WCCW and insuring that these names are not duplicated. Shall also maintain a database of this information for use by the NeWA and its members. Shall also be responsible for seeking out new talent and securing their services in WCCW.Web masters:Shall be responsible for updating, site development, and general improvements of the official WCCW web site as necessary.Board Members:Shall be responsible for advising the president on legal matters including rights to wrestlers, stable names, show names, etc. that may belong to another promotion in our world. Shall also maintain a list of wrestlers under contract to the WCCW and advise the President regarding re-signing talent as well as acquiring available unsigned talent.
