leg. He went for a flying knee drop but missed and Lord Max was tagged in. He
went ballistic on both members of Team Extreme and cleared the ring. The action
settled down a bit and Germany tagged Carson in. Team Extreme was about to set Lord
Max up for a spike piledriver but Mt. Maximus came in for the save and while Carson was
distracted, Lord Max rolled him up for the three count at 0:08:32 to advance into the
semi-finals. |
Marc Lowrance: What a match. Maximum Carnage advances. Team Extreme did not
look happy.

The Texas tag team champions looked to add more gold to their collection. "The
Inquisition" promised to cleanse them of their sins. Brother Pain started out
against Brad Anderson. They brawled back and forth until Pain was able to get the
advantage. He then started laying in a series of submission holds until he tagged
out to The Fallen. Fallen came in and really started pummeling Anderson. We
went for a bodyslam but Anderson reversed it for a two count then was able to quickly make
the tag to Pittman. The Fallen and Pittman started wailing away at eachother.
The Fallen gained the Advantage and continued his all out assault on Pittman.
He tagged out to Brother Pain who called for The Reckoning. Pittman wouldn't
give up. Anderson tried to make the save but was stopped by The Fallen. The
referee raised Pittman's arm three times and it dropped three times. He called for
the bell. Your winners at 0:09:47 by Submission: "The Inquisition." |

"Pretty Mean"
Justin Simcox & Stan Lane

If there was an Extreme tag team title, Hari Cari would be the top contenders, Lane and
Simcox have something to prove. Lane forfeited the Texas Tag Team Titles in hopes of
winning the World Class tag team titles with a new partner. Lane started out against
Hibiki. Hibiki started out quick as he was able to dodge Lane's attempted moves and
hit a few dropkicks. Lane countered with a Savate kick and took the advantage.
He tagged out to Simcox who came in and immediately hit a piledriver and a
bodylsam. He went for a legdrop but Hibiki moved out of the way and made the tag to
Gintaka. Simcox recovered quickly and met a running Gintaka with a clothesline.
He then tagged into Lane and they set Gintaka up for an old Midnight Express move,
The Veg-O-Matic. Simcox held Gintaka in a bearhug with his chest, neck, and head
streched vertical as Lane came came off the top rope with a legdrop. Lane went for

Mark Lowrance: May I introduce the man who will face Dan Severn for the NeWA World
Title on Dec. 28, the Lou Thesz Cup Champion, Texas Lighting.
(Crowd reacts in support as the "Final Countdown" by Europe plays to the
arrival in the ring of Lightning. He enters the ring and shakes Lowrance's hand)
ML: Lightning, welcome, you have a lot on plan for the next month or so.
Lightning: Thanks, Mark. NACOGDOCHES, HOW IS IT GOING!!!!
(Crowd reacts its support for its hometown hero)
It is true, a lot going on in my life. I have a NO DQ rematch with Fallen this coming
Wednesday, we are in my hometown tonight. Next Monday, I have a NeWA International Shot
and then on December the 28th at BattleCade, Severn and me, for the world title. I know
also Nightmare wants in, so it may become a triple threat match. That is fine. What I have
to say tonight however is straight to one person.....Father Tom Arson.
Arson, you and I used to be allies, but then I do not what happened. You got
"saved"??? Well, Arson, I do not think it was saving....in fact, it was hell
that you found. To prove that, I am willing to .....
(Crowd boos to a sudden arrival of a unwanted guest)
ML: I think we have a problem,.....
(Father Tom Arson with Spectre at ringside approach. Father Arson enters the ring,
Spectre on the outside)
Arson: Well, well, you open your mouth again, Lightning. I have beaten you before, I
have Raptured you....and what ever you can bring, I can be badder. You want to talk to
me....well here I am.
TL: Ok, Arson,.....have it your way... but I think Hell came and took the good man I
once knew away.....in fact, I am willing to go to Hell in a Cell to prove it...in fact,
that Texas title you won so conveniently, I think that will not stay around you waist too
long.
Arson: Really, about Hell in A Cell, you got it...boy....I will Rapture you
again......and I don't care who tries to get the Texas Title, because I will defend when
and where I damn well please. Show me if you dare, anyone who can this title away from
me!!
TL : Ok, I will....the person who will take your Texas Title away from you is the next
person to punch your teeth in.....
(Lighting strikes Arson square in the jaw and Arson hits the mat.....gets right back up
and pulls off his boot...and tries to nail Lightning with it. However, Lightning ducks and
nails Arson again. Arson falls to the mat with the boot flying off into the crowd.
Lightning then whips Arson to the ropes, quickly executing the Lightning Strike to send
Arson out and over the top rope. Crowd erupts.
Spectre tries to get in, but a mystery man attacks Spectre....and powerbombs him to the
floor...the mystery man enters the ring as Spectre restrains an very angry Father Arson)
ML: Who is this guy?
TL: This is my old friend, the "Pike Master" Matt Scott. And come Christmas
Spectular, Bastien has already signed the match, Arson, you and I will go to Hell in a
Cell for the Texas Title. And "Pike Master" here....will make sure that Spectre
stays out of the way.
(Arson is screaming at Lightning as he walks to the back, but nothing is heard)
TL: Arson, prepare for your end......PREPARE TO MEET YOUR MAKER!!
(Lighting and Pike Master head to the back, to the roar of the crowd)
ML: Wow!! What a shocker.....the most dangerous match for the Texas Title already
signed for the Christmas Spectular. We already have a major gift in the WCCW Christmas
Stocking...
Joe Pediceno: Big news coming out of that interview. While Mark makes his way
back, lets get to the next match.

Matt Tulio has been preparing for a long time for this match. Beating Severn
tonight would really catapult his career as He would be the World Heavyweight champion.
Tulio showed no fear as He stared the World Champ straight in the eyes.
Severn started quickly and took Tulio down with leg scissors. Tulio was able
to break out of them and put Severn in a headlock. Severn countered with suplex.
He went for the pin. A two count. Severn nailed a knee to the head put
Tulio back in a headlock. Tulio got up and elbowed his way out of it, then connected

countout. "The Natural ICON" Matt Tulio!!!! |
Marc Lowrance: Wow!!! What a match!!! Tulio gets the victory by countout.
He really took it to Severn.
Joe Pediceno: I think the match was pretty even but Tulio would have been the champion
if Severn hadn't have fallen out of the ring!!!
