Environmental Issues

Presentation (PowerPoint) and Brochure or Poster Board (must be a science board)

Each Group will choose an environmental issue. Each member will be responsible for researching a section of the topic. Presentation to class must be 5-10 minutes. DO NOT GO OVER 10 minutes!

Sources:

4 Sources must be cited in PowerPoint Presentation. This means a bibliography must appear at the end of the presentation. All photos and pictures must have citation. Two sources must be books.

Content:

1- Describe the background on issue; this section should be specific and detailed. Include scientific principles and terms.

2- Argument- Discuss the for and against arguments about the issue.

3- Problems - Explain the future and present problems of this issue

4- Locations- Describe the locations (geography and topography) of the areas effected by this problem.

Other areas to research are future problems and solutions.
