* Kris Adrian is a 5th degree black belt in American Kenpo and has been
   actively training in the martial arts since 1969, winning several open
   martial arts championships locally, regionally, nationally, and
   internationally.
* Inducted into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
* Advanced Academy of Martial Arts earned title of “1997 Small Business
   of the Year” with United Chamber of Commerce and Mission Hills Chamber
   of Commerce. The only Martial Arts school in San Fernando and Santa
   Clarita Valley to ever earn this distinction with the hundreds of martial
   arts schools in this greater Los Angeles area.
* Kris Adrian is the “Southern California State Representative” for the
   AKKS* (American Kenpo Karate Systems.)
* Winners of grand champion in forms competitions with traditional
   Parker forms.
* The 1988 International Heavyweight Black Belt fighting champion.
* Won in well over 150 tournaments, and is the highest ranked black belt
   of the late Professor John Conway Sr. in the United States.
* Received brown belts and Black Belts from Grand Master Edmund K.
   Parker, and Professor John Conway Sr. Graded to 5th degree black belt
   in the art of American Kenpo by an international board of black belts in
   Las Vegas.
* Traveled as part of a black belt panel for the IKKA in the 80’s for
   teaching seminars in the advanced theories of martial arts in Europe.
* Member of a black belt panel for the IKKA, grading black belts in
   Europe during the 80’s.
* One of only a few martial artists in the state of California who is
   licensed by the California State Athletic Commission. Has judged-
   refereed in several world-title Kickboxing championships televised
   throughout the world.
* Licensed professional referee for the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
* Trainer for several champions over the years, including the woman's
   black belt kata 1994 USA International Karate Open Championships
   (open meaning all styles and systems), in Las Vegas, Nevada. And the
   1995 International Women’s Black Belt fighting Champion in Long
   Beach, California.
* Former vice-president of the Intercontinental Karate Federation.
