Who wins their last game...I do that's who. I threw up my arm to signal #1 and then grasped my catcher with the other. Critics turned their noses up in disgust as even they knew they had not won. But it was me and thats what they hated. Later, I watched from the pen as it all went down with just one swing of the bat. It took all I had to try not to frown. All this coming from a girl whose whole life revolved around one ball and the mound. So whats next you might ask, well theres always coaching, grad school, oh, and that job. But mostly I find myself gazing at pictures and reminiscing of my alma mater, when wearing the orange and black....
