A note on Cancellations: Please use the PARKS & REC RAINOUT PHONE LINE: 766-6921 - this will be the BEST place for the most up to date news on the fields. The info on this line TRUMPS all other info. When a week of games is cancelled, we will move that game to the end of the schedule (you can see we build in some wiggle room).

Cone/Scoreboards/Fields
-Pick up and return to: 2115 SE Crystal Lake (~a few blocks from Willamette Park)
There is a yellow house with a trailer in the driveway on the SW corner of Crystal Lake and Alexander.
Everything (cones, scoreboards, extra paint, etc) is in a large backpack (great for those biking).
The pack is next to the trash can and left of the garage door.
-Who picks them up/returns them:
There is a * next to those teams responsible for pick up/drop off (on Thursday you will only need 10 cones and one scoreboard).
Field Layout:
-Two ultimate fields fit at Willamette Park, running North-South (parallel with the river). The fields have been measured out and cone locations marked with spray paint. We'll try to keep the marks fresh throughout spring league but please let us know if the marks are missing or hard to find, or touch up marks with the paint in the scoreboard bag. Thanks!
Field Conflicts:
-We have had field conflicts with other sports/activities in the past. If a group is using the fields when you get there, please just ask them to move. If they refuse to do so, please assure them that spring league ultimate has the ENTIRE field space reserved, thru Parks and Recreation, for every Tuesday and Thursday (April 15th-June 5th). Permits for these fields are taped to the scoreboards should you need to show them to anyone. Report any conflicts to us.
