Referee |
|
The biggest area of concern this season continues to be referees. If you would like to join the referee staff, send us an email and request information about the next referee class. You can also step up and volunteer to be a club linesman when requested by your coach.

Field Crew |
|
Come help set up fields at the start of the day, or close them at the end of the day. Time requirements are about 2 hours. Painters, help paint fields early Saturday before games. Time requirements about 2 hours a week.

Treasurer |
|
This position manages the finances of the region. The treasurer does not need to be a CPA, but it sure helps. The treasurer makes copies of all deposits, does an annual budget, pays our bills, reconciles the bank, and keeps a Quicken file updated. This position is presently vacant, and is being covered by the Commissioner.

Assistant Commissioner |
|
This position helps the regional commissioner solve the wide variety of problems that come up during the year. This may involve filling in for the commissioner at Area or Section level meetings. This position is currently vacant.

Volunteer Coordinator |
|
The volunteer coordinator helps keep track of volunteers, and makes sure that they get “associated” with the team they wish to help. This position is currently vacant.

Special Projects |
|
There are a variety of special projects that still need to be done this season. The time requirements for each is variable, depending on how much of the task you wish to take on. These tasks are: help coordinate the trophy order; help create the yearbook; help distribute trophies and yearbooks at the end of the season; and help collect coaches bags at the end of the season.

Season Shutdown |
|
There are several tasks that need to be done after the season is over: inventory equipment; fix or discard damaged equipment; store equipment in our lockers until next season; and final disposition of lost and found from the season.
