Yakum FC wins the thriller 5-4 in the final minutes. For the first rime this season, Yakum FC were favorites before the match. Looking down from 4th place, Yakum FC faced 7th place Michmoret, which won only once this season. Although early in the season, the R & B's were clearly favorites before the whistle.

The game started with Yakum FC dominating, an unusual phenomena for the traditionally slow-starting club. It paid off early in the game when Yakum moved ahead 1-0 by Roi Cordoba, after an offensive move, built from midfield. FC were on the run, but it was Michmoret who scored next: Yakum was going on a fast break, when Michmoret snapped the ball in midfield and sent it deep into Yakum's territory. Yakum's offside trap was broken, and Michmoret's attacker was heading for a one on one against the keeper, as Gabby Lamkof chasing him. Gabby managed to tackle the ball, but the ref gave Michmoret the penalty, which was easily scored. Receiving a goal like this might set a team back, but FC pounded on and answered with 3 goals until half-time; one by Roi C. who perfectly executed a free kick from 18 m', one of Ilan A. who scored a one on one after Michmoret's offside trap collapsed, and another one by Roi to close an almost perfect half.
As the second half began, the R & B's were very close to finish the game. In a disputable event, Ilan was sent into the box and was brought down by Michmoret keeper. The crowd stood up, waiting for the penalty, but the ref signaled for a dive...  after this event, it was Michmoret who rose back into the game. Some serial mistakes in FC's defense, which suffered from the absence of key players like Elic L., Idan Sh. and Seba S. gave Michmoret the break with 3 goals, to tie the game at 4-4. Yakum's whole team was not answering its wake-up call. The goals were only the outcome of FC's poor performance, especially on the defense. The game was close to the end, tension was rising and some brutal tackles by both teams added to the burning fire... and then, 7 minutes from the end, the R & B's initiated a rare attack, which resulted in Roi C. sent into the box. He was tripped from behind by Michmoret defender - a penalty! Ilan A. was the man to take it and he scored his second of the match and Yakum FC's fifth, 5-4!... It was the last straw for Michmoret; they attacked vigorously but the score remained. Another win for FC after a tremendous thriller.

After the game, Gabby L. said he saw the team's mascot was not standing upright during the second half. "When it was, during the second half", he added "we were winning and playing football... you be the judge"... It was agreed by all that FC could have made it easier, but as Eyal B. mentioned: "we won the match AND it was a great show for the audience; hell... I can live with that every week until the end of the season."
