Privacy Information Page

Your Privacy Matters To Me
This statement discloses the privacy practices for the entire Web site and the email list that I have.

The only personal information that I collect is the names and email address of the people who are on
the email list. I will try and keep this information private in the form of using the Blind Carbon copy field
when sending out the list. By using this you should see only your name on the mailings. I do not use
cookies, but Geocities does. I do not know and am not responsible for how they use this information.

I respect your right to privacy. As part of the emailing, you can decline to receive any future mailings
from me by sending me an email message to take you off the list. If you are sending from an email
address other than what is on the list then please let me know what the address is on the list.

Right now I do not share my email lists with anyone, but if I know that you can help someone with
something I will either ask you for permission to have the person contact you or have the person contact
you themselves if I know it is ok. I try and use reasonable precautions to keep the personal information
disclosed to me secure. However, I am not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of
any third parties which receive the information.

You may select the option not to receive additional mailings by emailing me to remove you from the list.
If you have any questions I can be reached by e-mail at mike_daly@msn.com

To return to the page you came from, please use the "Back" button on your browser or to return to the
Home page with the link below.

Important: I have changed the way my email displays to hopefully prevent some spamming by unwanted
email marketers.  I added a 'X' to both sides of the @ sign of the email address. The email address that you
get when clicking on the hyperlink should be fine. If you need to copy the email remember to remove the 'X's.
