CURRENT RULES NEW RULES AS OF 2004-2005

Proposal #1
To have a rule brought forward for a vote, at least three people must indicate endorsement for the rule change.
VOTE: YES

Proposal #2
Addition to "Ricky Williams rule" previously approved. (change rule indicates that a retired player can be put on the "out of the year" roster spot). Amendment to rule says that the retired player can only occupy this spot on a owner's roster for one year.
VOTE: YES

Proposal #5
Call this the Mark G rule! Seeding for draft is based on regular season finish EXCEPT that champion automatically is the 12th seed and runner up is automatically the 11th seed.
VOTE: YES

Proposal #6
For injuries: Currently only "out" and "doubtful" can be put on IR. This change would allow "questionable" players to be put on IR: However, as of the free agent deadline (Friday at 7:00 pm eastern time), any player who is on an IR spot must remain there and can not be activated that for that weekend's games.
VOTE: YES

Proposal #7
Waiver wire proposal:

(1)Waiver claims are due by Wednesday, 7:00 pm; eastern time.
(2)Claims will be processed Wednesday night, owners notified, and listed on the internet.
(3) After "winning" a claim, the owner will drop to the last spot in the claim order.
(4) Claim order is determined for the first week by reverse order of draft, then the claim order is reset after week 1, week 4, week 7, week 10, and week 13.
(5)After waiver claims are posted, owners may seek to pick up free agents on a first come, first serve basis. Pickups made in this way do not affect waiver order. Pickups are due by Friday, at 12:00 midight eastern time.
