Monnow Inter Club Gala

With 2 other galas going on at the same time as our intert club gala at Monnow, this was a chance again to pick some newcomers, giving them valuable experience in racing, whilst at the same time allowing me to see results of their training put into practice. Well done swimmers - we won again!
