After the talk of publishing the Bulletin only twice a year instead of quarterly, we received a barrage of protests from our members. Dushyant Tyagi writes that he was hoping that the Bulletin will become monthly; instead we are considering making it bi-annual! Keeping in mind the wishes of our members, you will all be pleased to learn of our decision to revert to quarterly publication as usual. The reduced publication in 2004 was because we were also busy with the organisation of the ICCF Congress. So the current issue is the second Bulletin of the year. We ask our readers to bear with the delay in its publication which has arisen because I was away abroad for a long period.

In the Feb 2005 Bulletin we mentioned that we were planning a re-adjustment of duties of AICCF office bearers and others who are actively doing the AICCF work. Most of these re-adjustments are now done. Dr. Alok Saxena has taken on the duties of International Coordinator, Anil Anand has taken over as the new Games Editor and Santhosh Paul is managing the AICCF Email Tournaments. However, the rating calculations will still be done by myself and not by Shri Dalvi as announced in the previous bulletin. We are following a suggestion and printing member services information on a separate page for easy reference (see pg. 3 immediately following).
