Forcillo's Training Philosophy
 
My approach to training is simple. Hit the body as hard as you can 2 or 3 times a week and get the hell out of there. I believe that if you train with the proper intensity your body won't be able to handle more than 3 or 4 workouts per week. If it can you're not training hard enough. Let me put it to you this way, if you show me a man who says he loves to train he's either 1) Insane or 2) Not training hard enough. I hate that hurt I get after a set; that bubbling going on in my head. There reason I put myself through this torture 4 times a weeks is simple, I want to be huge.

My training is kind or like a powerlifting routine. I train with low reps and high weights. A typical work set will be about 5 reps. If I can do 6 it's too light and if I can do only 4 I will be happy because it's a new challenge.

I don't do that much cardio because I'm still in a bulking stage. When I gain another 20 or so pounds I will begin to get shredded. I'm in no hurry to gain this weight because in my opinion it's better to take my time and gain it naturally than take some supplements gain it quickly and fuck myself up.

Ok, on to the workouts.
 
Tuesday: I like to hit the gym early Tuesday morning and do           The Power House Back Routine. I hate doing back, you hate doing back but it needs to be done to be as huge as we want to be.

Wednesday: Today is a good day to hit a powerful upper body workout. I keep this workout fast paced with little rest between sets. The workout of choice is Absolute Destruction.
 
Saturday: On Saturdays I like to pretty much kill my legs and back. The workout I'm currently doing is simply called Pure Pain.

Sunday: It's time once again to make my pecs explode and destroy my shoulders. Again the workout is Absolute Destruction.
