Important accomplishments: 3rd at 1999 Pan Ams, 1999 American Cup Champion, 1997 and 1999 World Team member (she couldn't compete in the 1999 Worlds because of an ankle injury.), 9th at 1996 Olympic trials, 1993 Junior National Champion, 1992 Junior pan Am Games Champion.

Goals of 1999: Finish in the top 3 at Nationals and do "really well as team" at worlds.

Favourite food: Chicken ("I can't say ice cream or junk food  because we never get to eat that stuff"

Romantic status: (laughs) "Well, I don't have a boyfriend, if that's what you want to know."

On finding the right coach: "When I had Bela and Steve they were the right coaches for me, but now that I'm older and it's more for me it's better to have Mary Lee. She Doesn't want me to do it unless I want to do it. It's all about what I want to do. She tries to make our workouts a lot of fun. We do a lot of stuff as a team and we try not to get to stressed out about everything."

On not making the 1996 Olympics: "I learned that life goes on. Last time it was a lot harder for me because I REALLY wanted to be there and I didn't know anything else. Hopefully I'll make it to Sydney but if not, I think I'll be OK with where I am and who I am."

Advice: "It takes a lot of hard work. Remember to have fun no matter what. If it's not fun, it's not worth it. I think I forgot when I was little- but I'm having fun now!"
