Philadelphia, Oct. 19. (INS)— The Philadelphia franchise in the American Soccer League has been forfeited, according to President Bill Cunningham.

This means there will be no more big league soccer in this city unless someone has the courage to try what many others have failed to do – make soccer a paying proposition in Philadelphia.
