1909 Birmingham Small Arms Co. No1 MkIII

The BSA factory was formed in 1861 at Small Heath, near Birmingham. They produced nearly 2 million rifles in the MkIII and MkIII* configuration. This rifle has the stock inletted for volley sights but they have been removed. It has a magazine cutoff and a windage adjustable rear sight.
