Some people love it, some people play it cos they have to, others hate it, some people have heard about it and some have never even thought of the sport. I am a basketball lover. I love it in the purest form which is hard hittin and a tough challenge. Have u ever wondered what it was like to have a stadium cheer for you? Well you can feel it if you hit a buzzer beatin jumpshot to save and win the game at home court. With all sports it truly is one universal language that is not defined by the colour of ur skin or the native language u speak. In Mexico when a penalty is scored, the same reaction can be seen in England. When a player takes to the court or field, touches the ground and makes the sign of the Cross, make no mistake, they do look for strength and courage in the game by this simple action. We get caught up in the hype about the money, the fame and those kinda thingz. There are so many ballerz in the NBA for example who play for the money purely. No disrespect but everyone has gotta pay their bills. But if u decide not to play because ur gettin 1 million less on you 10million salary, then that is real bust. There are so many youngstarrz who would go into the NBA for the min salary just to do what they love, play ball. You can go to the street courts in any city and u will see them shoot 100free throws, 500 jumpshots followed by an array of conditioning excercises. That is the dedication that is required to make it to the big score. To run, jump, throw or swim, all it takes is a big heart and some guts.. I personally try to persue the goals I set for myself, the journey is hard and u r doubted all the way, but when u make that last shot, u look back and grin. Allan Houston took the centre stage against the Spurs in the Finals. He was on fire on most nights burnin it up from both ends of the court.

Grant Hill on the right is one of my favourite players cos he plays with his heart and not all bout the money. He has determination but the spell he went through and the stuff he has to do now is real tough. His best friend Dumars left and now it is up 2 him, to pump the Pistons up anotha level. 

On the left is Kobe Bryant. Personally I do not like him that much but he does have skill. This pic is here to go out to my man Alex cos he wants to be just like him. Unfortunately he may have to be better if he wants to go to the NBA. Work on that D Alex! Also to JK who is a supporter of the Lakers, may they be thrashed next season! hehehe!

PIPPEN! You don't get much more pressure than he does. After beign a bit of a cry baby under Jordan's retire (which one?), he has come back to kick serious ass man! But wassup wif the Rockets? They were goin for it! I thought they had it! Ah..... But I hope Scottie doesn't want to go to the Lakers too badly, or there may be problems.

No one else but the Master himself. Why Michael why? I dunt care what people say, he is the man. He definitely can do a lot of things like sky high and slam down hard. The skill and prescision was all there! He definitely was one of my favourite players!
