Boy, time is sure flying by this summer!! Where did the summer go?
There’s not a whole lot that’s gone on this past week, but I’ll do my best at following in Jamie’s footsteps and at least writing a couple of notes about each of us.

Claire:
Claire is still doing wonderfully in school and still loving every minute of it. She’s been such a big help around the house with the baby and does so good with feeding and burping. (we still haven’t got her to do the whole diaper thing yet)
She planted flowers this past spring and boy, do they look beautiful! Gram helps out on the weeding of the bed since Claire and Mom sometimes get confused on what’s a flower and what’s a weed. (The weeds sure do bloom beautifully sometimes!)
Claire’s been having some tummy problems and tomorrow we head to the Doc to get things checked out for a second time. Keep her in your prayers!

Leanne:
Leanne is doing wonderfully. She turned four weeks old on Tuesday, of course. As Jamie said in the last update, we started to give her baths every night this week right before bed to see if we couldn’t get a little more sleep out of her during the nights. It seems to be helping out a lot, but we are still looking for suggestions from anyone who might help us get 5 hours out of the night! Email us if you have any suggestions!

Jamie:
Jamie has had a quiet week this past week. Tonight is his night to sleep through the middle of the night feeding and let me take over. He’s looking pretty tired tonight which means I better wrap this update up soon and let him get some shut-eye.

Theresa:
I’ve been doing just swell. Our good friends, Sharon and Bill (that can be seen in the wedding pictures – Sharon stood by Claire as our maid of honor and Bill, of course, was our best man) had a blessing this past week as their baby was finally born! He weighed 8 lbs 6 oz, and his name is Quintin Henry!! Friday night Jamie and I headed to the hospital to see the family and everyone is doing well. Quintin and Leanne will make good playmates I’m sure.
