Christmas is fast approaching! (but it's still 70 degrees outside!) Hope everyone is doing well!

Here are the updates as of lately…

Claire:
The big news is that Claire went fishing this weekend with her Dad…and caught a northern (I'm sure she'll be giving Papa a call tonight to tell him about it!!) She said she almost flipped the canoe over trying to bring it in (and boy was she exited telling the story!) Besides the northern, she also seems to have caught the cold that is getting passed around our family - so we'll be nursing that this week. Next weekend Claire and Leanne are going to stay over night at Papa and Grams house in Wisconsin. Mom and Jamie are having some people over for a get-together Saturday night and figured that Papa and Grams might be a bit more fun then hanging out with a bunch of grown-ups! School is going good, still, and loving every minute of it.

Leanne:
Leanne hasn't seemed to have caught the cold that we all have *knock on wood* and hopefully it'll stay that way. She's been such an angel lately! Smiling all the time (however, smiling at the ceiling lights mostly- Mom thinks that there's spirits in the house hanging around the lights and that's what's making her smile). We're actually getting about 9 hours of sleep a night - which is WONDERFUL! We had her 2-month checkup last Saturday and the Dr said she looks "perfect"! However, she got 4 shots and was quite grumpy for a couple of days afterwards - who wouldn't be?
Both Claire and Leanne had their pictures taken this past weekend. I'll post them on the web for everyone to see!

Theresa:
Can we say "Go Packers!!"? As many of you know, Theresa is a HUGE Packer fan. She's been watching them faithfully this season and hopes that the season goes on into January! She's been fighting a cold for about the past week and a half, but it seems to be slowly getting better. Theresa also did some recruiting for 3M at St. Catherine's (where she graduated college from). That was quite the fun time and hopefully 3M will be adding more women to their IT personnel!

Jamie:
Jamie is now nicely tanned from his trip to the Florida Keys this past week. (not really - he really didn't have time to do much of anything while he was there for work!) He flew out Sunday morning and came back Wednesday (Halloween) late afternoon. He had a great time, but missed "The Fam" (the family) quite a lot. He seems to have also caught part of the cold that is going around. While Theresa has the cough, and Claire has the runny nose and sore throat, Jamie most definitely has the sore throat. He's got lots of salt-water that he'll be using this week! This past weekend, Jamie finished raking up all of the leaves in the yard (which was quite the job!) 20 bags of leaves all together! And this is after raking up about 10 bags two weeks ago! It's good to have that job done for the year, though.
