  • The Indians win game 3 in Cleveland 6-1. The Tribe got an excellent pitching performance from Bartolo Colon only giving up 4 hits. Jim Thome, Manny Ramirez, and Mark Whiten all hit homeruns in this game. The Indians now lead the series 2-1.
  • The Indians win game 2 in New York 4-1 in extra innings. A very contraversial call in the 12th inning brought home Enrique Wilson to give the lead to the tribe. The Indians have tied the series 1-1 and now head home to Cleveland.
  • The Indians lost game 1 of the ALCS to the Yankees 7-2. Manny Ramirez brought in the only runs with a 2-run shot in the 9th, but it wasn't enough. The Indians go down 1-0 in the series.
  • The Indians beat the Red Sox in the Division Series 3 games to 1.
