| In this round 4 game, I was feeling 'innovative' and was hoping to try out a new system—and the one I prepared for the most was against the French Defense. What does my opponent play; you guessed it, the French Defense. Although I won this game somewhat convincingly, it is however not without misplay by my opponent—but that's what chess is all about, capitalizing on your opponent's misplay. So here's one of the beauties of all my games, 2 sacrifices that eventually leads to mate!! |
