Billerica United Soccer
Club is again joining forces with
Burlington Youth Soccer Association to
build the best spring soccer experience!
We know soccer, so we're combining
our strengths to make your soccer experience better
than ever.
It's all about the kids. Kids
playing soccer. We're just gonna let 'em play!
The Background ...
With the advent of the Under-18 age division in Massachusetts, which was introduced during Spring 1999, the
Nashoba Valley Youth Soccer League - where Billerica
United teams had played for the last dozen years or so - could
not support an Under-19 age division for Spring 1999. United
President and Under-19 girls coach Matt Cotter attempted to find another
league where the team could play. It soon became evident that it
would not be an easy task to get another league to take the team.
The next step was to call around to other local soccer organizations to
see if they would sponsor the United team as one of their
own. Burlington Youth Soccer
of the Middlesex League agreed to sponsor the team.
We'll keep working to build the
best soccer experience possible.
Thank you Burlington
Youth Soccer for sharing our vision
of bringing soccer to the kids. Let
'em play!!!
