Pending Trades, the Traders E-mail (disguised) and, their markings.

For all those pages that contain markings, here are the people trading with me to
make those fun markings appear on my pages.  Once a deal is complete (I receive the cards 
from the trader), the address will be removed so that the symbol may be re-used.  Large 
quantities may be refered to at the bottom of the page.   All the card sets below that are 
marked in RED are the card sets that I am receiving cards from. 
VIOLET means cards have been removed from webpages.
Note:  Only card sets that are currently online are listed.  
* Denotes pulled all cards for trader from that set.
(*) Denotes cards marked with a hold for trader from that set.  If in front of trader's e-mail, 
then all sets have been marked.
[*] Denotes pulled all cards AND marked them on the page for that trader from that set.
If in front of trader's e-mail, then all sets have been marked.
{*} Denotes pulled cards but there are not currently lists online for that particular set.
[ ] Denotes only hold list at bottom of page for particular set.  If in front of trader's 
e-mail, then all sets have hold lists.
