You know, I had heard about this in passing way back and thought it would be interesting, but didn't realize what it was all about. 13 people, 8 men and 5 women, living in a house, battling it out so to speak, for the chance to become a WWF superstar. But a question I asked myself...how could you take 13 people and train them to be pro wrestlers unless they already had a background. Well...in this series...we're going to find out.
13 people, 1 with any expierience, and WAY too much arrogance and attitude to survive this process. Tazz is going to tear some heads off, that much I can see now. There is almost zero respect for pro wrestling in that group...for now. They'll learn the hard way that it's a hard way to live. It hurts. It bruises. It bleeds. It makes you want to go home and never go back. Only the strong survive...so here's my early picks on who it's going to be.
Male: I think Maven and Jason have good looks, and maybe even a little better charisma than Greg, but he's my choice based simply on the fact that he knows how lucky he is. If he can get the charisma part down, he'll be great.
Female: My first pick was Pauline because of the 6'3 frame, but she's too soft and gentle. I also wanted Taylor, cause she's from my home state of Washington, but no way in hell. I'm going to go with Victoria because she's a little crazy stuntwoman, and that helps.
After the first show, I'm deffinatly going to be watching this one, because I can't wait to see these guys drop like flies.
I'll be adding new thoughts on this one after every show, so keep up.

Oh boy...I watched tonights episode and have to say that I'm pretty positive the first one out is Darryl. The way he was acting was absolutly disgusting and a little disheartening. I really thought he might stand a chance to prove me wrong, but apparently, he's a big, giant 4 year old and he's heading the wrong way if he want to become a superstar. His 15 seconds of fame are going to be short lived.
Taylor is still dissapointing me a little bit. I mean, how could you come in not knowing you weren't going to get hurt? When she said "I'm really starting to think I could get hurt", I just about died. I love how people think that wrestlers don't get hurt, and you can't get hurt, and how none of it's real, because you can ask any wrestler in the world and they'll tell you it's hard work, and it HURTS. Even the best in the buisness get hurt...think about it.
Up in training, people always came in with this, "I can do this" attitude, and most of them NEVER came back after the first day. Hell...I almost didn't want to go back after the first day because I was beaten, bruised, and couldn't even walk on my own. Fortunatly, I realized how much I loved it and I was back the next day. If you're watching this show, thinking you can be a star, and that it's what you want to do, don't think this show is the way to do it. Join a school, there are a lot of great ones *If you want to know a few, just ask me, I'll give you a few names and numbers* and there are a lot of ways to become a pro wrestler, but remember it takes a special kind of someone, and you need to be that person, or you're never going to make it.
Until next week, have a "Bad" one!

Alrighty then...umm...if you read up above...I was off on my female pick by a long shot. Also, I appologize *to the three of you that read this* about not updating it, but I had not seen the show in a couple of weeks. I watched tonight however to see that, as predicted, Darryl was the first one out. Now I know a lot of you are saying, "No...Jason was first, then Victoria and Bobbie Jo", and you're correct, but I'm reffering to being cut, not the quitters...they piss me off as it is.
I do have to say, I'm INCREDIBLY dissapointed that Shadrick was cut on today's show because the guy really wanted to be there, but unfortunatly, he was struggling just a little too much. I hope, however, that being cut didn't deter him from following his dream because this buisness can always use people with heart, and that he seems to have in abundance.
Am I the only one noticing that Josh suffers from a SERIOUS Little Man's Complex??? I mean, he bumps well, but damn...he takes stupid stuff WAY too seriously, and if they're pointing out that he's lazy, that's pretty damn bad...could he be next?
Taylor impressed me tonight. I know that if you read up, I gave her some crap, but damn...one hell of an armdrag :) It's down to her and Nadia, because again, as I mentioned, once it comes time to cut a girl...Pauline is gone.
If anyone has tapes of all of them, I'd like to get what you have. I'm a little bit of a tape trader, so maybe we can talk. I don't have a lot, but I'm new to it, so bear with me :)
As always, have a "Bad" night!

Well...I haven't been keeping up with the show *yes, shame on me* but I've been terribly busy getting my life put together for my move and restart back into the world of professional wrestling. I think I might have finally figured out where I'm heading, and what I'm going to attempt.
WWF Tough Enough 2, applications must be in by October 5th, 2001. I'm going to send a tape. Best thing, I get accepted to the audition. Worst thing, they don't accept it, and I still have my path I'm headed, win-win situation for me. Click here if you're interested in applying

It was good to see Maven and Nidia win it, and I thought it was great seeing Maven on RAW last night, even though he got punked by Tazz. I want to see the match on Smackdown BAD, but where I'm at, it doesn't show, so hopefully I can find someone to record it for me and send it down. *hinthint*
