Born and raised on a farm near Brandon, Manitoba, Jenny learned to box in Winnipeg. She built her boxing skills in amateur competitions and was the Manitoba Middleweight champion in 2002 and 2003. In 2003 she won the Canadian national middleweight championship and was voted "Best Female Boxer of 2003" by the national amateur association. Jenny is looking forward to competing in the WEBA.

Jenny likes to laugh but when she is in the boxing ring, she's all business. She loves animals and she wants to earn enough money as a boxer to put herself through veterinary college.
