Irena is of Bohemian decent and grew up in Moravia in what is now the Czech Republic. She had three older brothers so grew up in a rough and tumble environment. She learned to box with her brothers before training and representing the Czech Republic in women’s boxing at the Olympic Games.

She now makes her home in Toronto, Canada and boxes out of Bloor Street Boxing Club. Irena is a 5’ 8” blue eyed blonde who weighs in at 146 pounds of muscle. She is a lefty and known for her dynamite left hook.
