Known as the Colt 45's when they entered the league in the inaugural season, the Destroyers have become one of the most successful franchises in the Green Diamonds League. The Destroyers have won Back-to-Back league titles in 2000 and 2001 while finishing in 2nd place in 2003. The Destroyers have taken home some type of award in  7 of their 12 seasons as a franchise. Owner Cronk has had a well oiled machine in the Destroyers but they have fallen on hard times since the 2003 division championship. The 2008 season brought another low spot with the team losing 102 games and having the 2003 season be the last time any shelves has hardware added to them.
