Firstly, you need a site. Geocities is a great place to get one and they have many resources and utilities to help make that perfect page. Once you have got a site then you will need backgrounds, java, etc to help make the page. I have tried to gather as many links to help in this as possible as well as having a few main page and visit my Acorn Pages.
