either. Andre was promising manager when he first appeared, but has not improved much since that time.

Rex was hurt more in that Top Player category, but outplayed Andre in maintenance.

The good Dr. was down in luck when it came to records and top players, and didn't really get the ball
rolling in his maintenance either. All and all, he wasn't too bad, but he couldn't get the boost needed.

picked up a bit of steam to follow him through to this spot.

Voltec moves down 2 spots dispite Johnny climbing the ranks in the last year. The reasons are that the formula
isn't kind to those with under 10 players, and the quality of new managers over the year.

Freak Show is contrary to Voltec. The player, Freak Show, has been moving down the ranks while the manager
moves up 2 spots. The main difference between the two is just the better records for FS due to more players.

Tiffany has become quiet on the boards, but does show promise on the courts. Her records are excellent, while she
hasn't made it out of the Pros yet. Her maintenance is pretty sharp, and should improve with climbing the ranks.

Les has always been quiet, but has always been noticed by managers. This is due to his players records, and steadily
climbing the ranks. He has already quietly made the All Stars.

Jason did extremely well in the Manager Wars, and is looking to rip apart the Newbie Wars. He has many players, so
he could eaisly climb the ranks fast. The records of all his players are also very good, and he has the ability to
cow without an affiliation. Something not every not many new top 30 managers can say.

Marybeth dominated records as she could not have scored better there, and should also be scoring higher in the Top
Players category soon. Her players do have a lot of luck though, and lag in the maintenance due to that.
